Dried fruits can be divided into two types:complete dried fruits with seeds and sliced dried fruits without seeds.The most common complete dried fruits include red dates,dried apricots,dried longans,dried lychees,etc.Some larger fruits will be sliced first and then dried,such as dried bananas,hawthorn,kiwifruit,mango,etc;And persimmons and durians will be peeled or divided into small pieces for drying(drying).
